Desktop Themes

There are literally thousands of Themes available, and until now you needed Microsoft Plus! pack to use them.  Without it, it was necessary to install all the components manually, which was a difficult and time-consuming process.  Total themes offers the same functionality as the Plus! version with a few additional features, such as the ability to create your own Themes by creating and modifying ".Theme" files.  It also lets you install and use new Startup/Shutdown screens.  And the great part is that it runs directly from the CD-ROM.
