  • Manage and track employee information electronically with a computer-based filing system designed to meet all of your human resources needs.
  • Store all types of personnel information and take advantage of the quick-tab navigation system. Not finding what you need? Simply customize the definable fields to include the extra information that is important to you and your business.
  • Keep employee information in a central location that can be accessed from multiple computers (requires a Multi-User license).
  • Utilize 13 categories of personnel records, including:
    • General Information: Store all of your employees’ personal and employment information, including: name, address, phone/fax/cell numbers, hire date, social security number, EEO data, W-4 status, I-9 renewal date and more. Staff Manager also works with QuickBooks, so you can easily import employee data at the click of a button.
    • Emergency Information: Include emergency contact information, physician information and special notes within the emergency tab.
    • Wages: Maintain current and historical wages, plus include notes and pay rates.
    • Performance Evaluations: Conduct and track employee evaluations. Define different evaluation categories, enter an employee’s scores and Staff Manager will automatically calculate the total and average the score for each evaluation. Plus, you can enter comments and set a date for the next evaluation.
    • Reminders: Set reminders for employees such as upcoming training or vacation reminders. They appear each time you open Staff Manager. Anniversary, benefit eligibility, upcoming reviews, I-9 renewals and birthday reminders automatically appear, and you have the option of turning off one, several or all reminders.
    • Notes: Store unlimited notes for each employee. For example, store information regarding dependents, training, certifications, warnings, education, awards and more.
    • User-Defined Fields: Customize fields specific to your business and add information within each field such as pager number, license number and more.
    • Documents: Store and display images and documents. Scan directly into Staff Manager (requires a scanner) or link to a saved document.
    • Separation: Track information about an employee’s departure or termination from your business including detailed comments.
    • Detailed Reporting: Staff Manager contains professional-looking reports that relate to the information you entered into the program. Preview and print reports by department, location, position, seniority or by any group of employees. Plus, you can create your own with Microsoft® Access.
    • Tools (Letters & Mailing Labels): Create and customize your own employee letters using Microsoft® Word and populate them with various fields from your Staff Manager database. Or, edit any of the 34 letter templates already included. You can also create mailing labels for your letters in Staff Manager. Select your employees, choose one of the six standard Avery® labels and print.
