I purchased the new BitDefender Internet Security 2009 which was on back order and received it as promised. I further purchased a PC Tools Registry Mechanic 7.0 which was also on back order. Unfortunately, a new 8.0 version came out and the warehouse never was coming through with more of the 7.0 versions. When informed of this, they promptly refunded my money so that I could buy the 8.0 version elsewhere. This is one very wonderful company to deal with and I will be coming to them for other things in the future as well. Thank You!
