"Yes Virginia, keep the faith!" That's what was exemplified in a random transaction where I had to call customer service about an order - just before a Christmas I was not looking forward to. I spoke to the owner and within minutes, was feeling better despite my husband's recent loss of a job and the passing of a cherished relative. The icing was when the terrific items came + a few I didn't order, and yet there was no balance due! This was one of the best Christmas' I have ever had, and will never forget the generosity and faith these owners have instilled in my heart and faith. It was a gift beyond words and will always remain in our hearts!
