I just opened up my Willow Tree Nativity that i had bought last Jan and Joseph was damaged! I have never used this so I called not knowing if there would be anything that could be done. I was told even though I was past the period of time for returns Holly at Clevershoppers told me they would contact rhe warehouse and have either a new figure sent to me or the whole set! WoW! That was a surprise! Thanks so much for helping me out! I will be back and tell others In this day and age customer serivce is extinct but thriving right here! Thank you Holly and Clevershoppers!
