Please be aware of the following in order to assist you with your shipping selections and needs:
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Your order must be received and your payment authorized by 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) or your order will not start processing until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including Next Day delivery. Orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours.
- FedEx or UPS shipping options and USPS Express require a street address.
- Express shipping methods apply to shipping time only and does not mean the processing time will be expedited. Therefore, processing time could still take up to 48 hours before an order is shipped with an Express shipping method.
- Free Shipping - We use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for orders that qualify for free shipping. If you're ordering for Christmas, please use discretion when selecting free shipping to make sure your order will arrive in time.
- Orders shipped to the following destinations may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited:
- PO Boxes in Continental US
- PO Boxes in Alaska and Hawaii
- APO/FPO
- US Territories (including Puerto Rico)
Additional Shipping Information
Total Time for Delivery: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to receive payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time for the shipping service you select. Processing time can range from 24 to 48 business hours for in-stock items.
IMPORTANT: Our warehouse does not process orders on weekends or holidays, nor are deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Holiday and weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date. Most in-stock items usually ship within 24 - 48 business hours after the order has been processed. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
