I loved how quickly the items shipped and they are reasonably priced. Not too many good discounts but the price is already realitively low. Make sure you plan on keeping the item. Return process has been a headache and I am very disappointed. Other then that, my experience has been just ok. Probably won't buy from again though to save me the headache.

I just opened up my Willow Tree Nativity that i had bought last Jan and Joseph was damaged! I have never used this so I called not knowing if there would be anything that could be done. I was told even though I was past the period of time for returns Holly at Clevershoppers told me they would contact rhe warehouse and have either a new figure sent to me or the whole set! WoW! That was a surprise! Thanks so much for helping me out! I will be back and tell others In this day and age customer serivce is extinct but thriving right here! Thank you Holly and Clevershoppers!

Outstanding Service

I have nothing but praise for the Outstanding service that clevershopper provides. I ordered 2 products for International delivery to Ireland and was delighted to recieve delivery after just 8 days. This is an Oustanding service and will most certainly be using them again.

Not satisfied

I placed an order that I needed quickly so I ordered it priority mail (2-3 day deliever). It took 5 days for the order to be processed and sent. Not very efficient.
