First time user, item ordered April 1, received 24th April (in Australia). Only frustrating thing was couldn't track it on the USPS website, though out of control of clevershoppers. Would use again without hesitation.

Beware of restocking fee!

Be sure to read the return policy carefully. If you return an item that does not arrive damaged you will have to pay a 20% restocking fee to get a refund. Otherwise you will have to receive a credit to your account for future purchase. I shop online quite a bit and haven't seen a restocking fee in a long time.

EXCELLENT WEBSITE!!!

I HAD ORDERED A CD TO USE IN MY CLASSROOM. IT ARRIVED WITHIN TWO DAYS. I HAD TAKEN IT OUT OF THE PACKAGE AND THE CD WAS CRACKED IN A FEW PLACES. I SENT AND EMAIL ON A THURSDAY, BY MONDAY I HAD A REPLACEMENT CD IN MY MAILBOX. NO QUESTIONS ASKED, NO HASSLE OF HAVING TO RETURN THE DAMAGED ONE. THIS IS A GREAT WEBSITE. I CALLED THE 1800 NUMBER JUST TO THANK THEM FOR THEIR SERVICE. I REALLY NEEDED THAT CD AND THEY MADE EVERYTHING SO EASY!
