PHILLIPS, CRAIG & DEAN SOAR WITH THEIR 11TH STUDIO RELEASE
NASHVILLE, TN—October 18, 2006—On the heals of what could be called their most highly acclaimed release, Phillips, Craig & Dean (INO Records) returns from their nationwide promotional tour as their radio single continues to climb the charts. Singing together for more than 15 years, PC&D has released 11 albums, 18 No. 1 singles and sold more than 2 million records. To say the least their music has impacted many throughout the years, and it continues to resonate with the audiences far and wide.Their promotional tour took this trio across the country from Houston to Chicago to Portland to Sacramento, where they appeared at various retail stores and performed radio brown bag concerts. They performed for more than 1,000 fans in Dallas at a KLTY Brownbag as well as 1,500 people at a KTSY donor appreciation event in Boise, Idaho. The first radio single “Your Name is currently climbing the charts with No. 2 on the Inspirational chart and No. 24 and 15 on AC and AC Indicator. The piano-driven “Your Name,? written by Paul Baloche, is another great example of the accessible songs on Top Of My Lungs. “When you sing about the name of Jesus, the power is undeniable, Randy Phillips shares. “I got very emotional in the studio, just trying to make it through the lyric.

The media have raved about Top of My Lungs indicating this to be one of the most successful projects to date for the group:

“They’ve never sounded more fresh than with this album… the adult contemporary favorite has noticeably amped up their sound on Top of My Lungs. Not only are there a plethora of louder guitar riffs, but also some tastefully executed, almost Coldplay-esque piano and snazzy string arrangements that really enhance the overall sonic quality. I’ll let you in on a little secret, though—the real highlight of the project isn’t the instrumental proficiency or the lyrics. It’s the singing. As they’ve proven on countless albums before, there’s something special when these three full-time senior pastors put their voices together. –Christian Music Today.com

“Phillips, Craig & Dean has a good way of spotlighting lesser-known worship songs and putting an new spin on standards. Top of My Lungs succeeds from start to finish and should endear itself to listeners of all ages. –Christian Retailing (Top Pick)

“The record is originally current, albeit formulaic, proving the men of PC&D and the songs of the church possess a relevant reach. All 10 tracks hold their own in a uncharacteristically aggressive, yet sufficiently believable, set. –CCM Magazine (A- review)

“There’s a good reason why Randy Phillips, Shawn Craig, and Dan Dean have amassed fans in the Contemporary Christian Music market. With their tight, three-part, Rascal Flatts harmonies and their signature key-up shift crescendos, the trio consistently delivers music that takes the airwaves by storm and insinuates itself into worship services around the world almost as quickly as the radio can introduce the songs. –TheTrades.com

“Top of My Lungs captures this boisterous excitement and their shared passion directed heavenward. Opening rocker “One Way” makes it clear immediately by its guitar-crunching hooks and soaring chorus that PC&D are not holding back. The word “gusto” comes to mind. Paul Baloche’s piano-driven “Your Name” showcases their signature three-part harmonies while exulting deliciously in the power of the Name. Your knees begin to head for the dirt, and the following title track seals the deal: you’re down. Their exuberant delivery gives you no choice. –ChristianMusicSuite101
