Monday, February 06, 2006

Provident-Integrity Distribution announces the signing of Exclaim Entertainment to a distribution deal. Jon Green and Dennis DeShazer, co-creator of Barney™ the Dinosaur, launched Exclaim Entertainment in 2003, endeavoring to capture children’s imaginations and engage them with positive messages based on biblical values inspired by God’s love for us all.

“We are delighted to announce our partnership with Exclaim,” comments Don Noes, sr. vice president of Provident-Integrity Distribution. “With the incredible expertise and success that their management team has experienced while working with other best-selling brands, they are poised to further enhance the impact of Children’s video product in the CBA marketplace,” continues Noes. “Through extensive testing with children and parents via M.O.P.S and other targeted audiences, Exclaim has shown that BOZ the Bear quickly captures the hearts of children. We are incredibly excited with the immense opportunity that lies ahead for this partnership.”

BOZ, the green bear next door, is introduced to children with the first two DVDs: Thank You God for…Shapes and Colors and Thank You God for…Friends and Helpers. Each 45-minute DVD features three episodes and two music videos, all with great music and wonderful stories.

“We have been working toward the launch of BOZ, the green bear next door, for more than three years,” shares Jon Green, co-founder of Exclaim Entertainment. “With the March 14 release date close at hand, we are extremely excited to partner with Provident-Integrity Distribution to help ensure the launch of BOZ will be a great success. By helping reinforce the foundational faith values and educational concepts parents want to teach their preschoolers, we believe BOZ will be enthusiastically welcomed into homes everywhere.”
